I used Cozy Home inspections recently for an inspection in Pavilion NY. I was extremely happy with the work done and found Jason to be both friendly and professional. He took time to look at all the issues and went out of his way to give us advice and information about looking after our new home. On the morning of the inspection he was there early and had already checked the roof and exterior by the time we arrived with the realtor. By the conclusion of the house visit some critical issues were identified and the seller was notified accordingly. On resolution of the problems the inspector even took some time to return to the property to ensure he was happy with the work completed by the seller.
